They listened to the phone message I left and asked me when we were taken to the main area if it was going to be too loud for him. When I said yes we were kindly taken to a much more quiet space. Nicole at the desk started Masons appointment off with a calm and friendly greeting and our hygienist Delaney was perfect with him. She listened to him and gave him a sense of control and treated him with respect. She also was able to still get the job done and helped him feel comfortable throughout. She was very understanding of our needs. It’s always such a relief to go to an office that understands and accommodates.“
